Electrical Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all electrical works on-site for a major infrastructure project in Western Australia.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values safety, and knows how to drive quality outcomes without compromising team culture.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily electrical activities, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project timelines. They will also ensure that all electrical installations meet safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily electrical activities, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project timelines.

  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow continuity.
  • Conduct regular inspections, document findings, and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage to reduce waste and maintain cost-efficiency.
  • Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments, and enforce method statements to uphold safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate site records including progress reports, incident logs, and daily diaries.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling future phases of electrical scope.
  • Support seamless handover from construction to commissioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in site-based electrical supervision.
  • Strong understanding of electrical standards, installation practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
