**Responsibilities**

">">Provide phone and email customer service, sales, and support to Commercial and Residential customers
Receive inbound calls and email inquiries
Proactively make outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services
Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately
Schedule services for residential customers
Convert incoming inquiries into sales opportunities
Liaise with fellow colleagues
Meet KPI targets
Maintain customer databases, ensuring records are up-to-date and compliant">

**Requirements**

">">Experience working in customer service or call centre environments (essential)
Office-based role; must be based in Port Melbourne
Previous experience in phone sales and converting inquiries into sales
Proficient in verbal and electronic communication
Ability to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking
Proven problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment to support colleagues
