The Operations Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of new services. This position requires an individual with diverse skills to think critically, integrate multiple disciplines, and deliver practical solutions to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior managers to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Culture Development: Foster a positive work culture that embraces collaborative principles for software development and operations support.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate office operations, procedures, and logistics to enhance organizational performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports to clients using data from various sources.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist with presentation preparation, slide packs, and meeting agendas for client meetings.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, verify, and distribute official meeting minutes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative support, related work, and specialized training commensurate with the role.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in building strong relationships and effective communication through verbal and written means.
  • Communication Review: Experience in reviewing, collating, and sending communications.
  • General Knowledge Administration: Strong knowledge base administration skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management, staff coordination, and logistics skills.
