About the Role
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a background in Horticulture or Arboriculture, or for those looking to kickstart their career in the industry.
We're currently hiring Tree Planting and Establishment Crew Members to work across various Melbourne suburbs - including Box Hill, Caulfield, Bonbeach, and more.

Sevronis a market leader in tree planting, establishment, and horticultural maintenance, proudly servicing over 20 councils across metropolitan Melbourne.
We specialise in delivering innovative, high-quality landscape and vegetation management solutions to the local government sector.
Due to ongoing growth, we are expanding our team and have multiple positions available across Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
As a crew member, you'll be involved in:
Tree Care– Watering, staking/retying, and mulching to support tree health.
Weed Control– Applying herbicides and manual removal to maintain clean landscapes.
Driving– Safely operate company vehicles during daily operations.
Quality Control– Contribute to safety and service audits to maintain high standards.
Communication– Liaise clearly with internal teams and clients.
Reporting– Accurately record daily activities using council or internal systems.
About You
We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team.
Ideally, you'll have:
MR or HR driver's licence (required)
Experience in horticulture or tree maintenance
Certificate in Horticulture or Arboriculture (highly desirable)
White Card (Required)
Physical fitness and a strong work ethic
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Willingness to operate specialist machinery (e.g. mini-excavators)
Competitive Pay– Attractive rates above the industry award, based on experience.
Work-Life Balance– Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.
