Clinical Improvement Project Manager

Peter Mac is a leading cancer research and education centre, driven by a commitment to improving cancer care for all people affected by the disease. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Improvement Project Manager to join our team.
**Job Summary**
The Clinical Improvement Project Manager will lead the development and implementation of clinical improvement and redesign initiatives, specifically related to the Victorian Optimal Care Pathways (OCP) and the Victorian Cancer Plan 2020-2024.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of projects, including consulting with stakeholders, developing project plans, and preparing key deliverables;
- Engage key clinical stakeholders to advise and participate in the implementation of OCPs, ensuring broad consultation and appropriate levels of stakeholder engagement;
- Develop and implement communication strategies to maintain awareness amongst key stakeholders and facilitate information flow;
- Manage WCMICS consumers/volunteers and engage with member health service consumers to promote their involvement in co-designing cancer service improvement projects;
**Requirements**
- Tertiary qualification in a related field;
- Experience managing complex health-related projects within rigorous governance systems;
- Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, change management, and service redesign in the health system;
