Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Lead the development of strategic risk and assurance plans, integrating risk management with operational performance.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of risk-based policies, procedures, and frameworks.

  • Provide expert guidance on risk reporting and analytics, developing key risk indicators and metrics.

  • Promote a positive risk culture through training, tools, and leadership, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare and present strategic reports to executive leadership, board committees, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in risk management, with extensive knowledge of risk frameworks, methodologies, and regulations.
  • Experience in delivering presentations, educational seminars, and workshops to senior executives, boards, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
