Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill this Rehabilitation Consultant position.
This role will enable you to utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.
- Evaluating treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
- Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests
- Performing assessments depending on clinical expertise
- Effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return to work goal
- Engaging with key stakeholders and building relationships to facilitate business objectives
In this position, you will:
- Work closely with clients to understand goals and develop personalized plans
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Participate in ongoing training, career progression and professional development opportunities
- Enjoy flexibility to structure day and work compressed 9-day fortnights
