Inpatient Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in providing comprehensive neuropsychological services to patients across various settings. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of rehabilitation goals and cognitive rehabilitation programs.
You will utilize a patient-centered approach to provide thorough assessments, diagnoses, consultations, and interventions to support patients and their families. Your expertise will also inform treatment plans and promote positive outcomes for individuals with complex neurological conditions.
In collaboration with the treating team, you will work towards creating individualized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and circumstances. Your role will play a vital part in ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive environment for patients and staff alike.
About the Role- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment plans
- Develop and implement cognitive rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with the treating team to create individualized care plans that prioritize patient-centered care
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on topics related to neuropsychology and rehabilitation
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
- Registration as a psychologist with the relevant health authority
- Experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings with adult populations
- Strong knowledge of neuropsychological assessment and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
