Product Development Specialist

Key responsibilities include feeding into the development of Daily Banking product strategy, examining and prioritizing opportunities to increase non-interest income from Daily Banking products, managing efficient product operations, and owning product governance requirements.
The successful candidate will support the development of Daily Banking product strategy and execution, working closely with customers and business partners to design and build customer-centric products, lead our sustainability agenda, and manage risk. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Product Manager with 5+ years of experience in product management and governance, as well as expertise in leading and influencing changes to products, channels, and customer journeys.
The Australian Banking market requires expert knowledge and we are seeking someone with a deep understanding of Transaction and Savings accounts. We also value proven experience in managing complex issue and incident rectification or remediation initiatives.
