As a Casual Flooring Salesperson, you will be the face of our business, responsible for engaging with customers and promoting our flooring products.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a sales environment is preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • You must be well-presented and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Good computer skills are essential for navigating our systems and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Ability to interpret floor plans and provide an accurate quote is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust in our brand.
  • Confident math abilities are necessary for managing stock levels, calculating quotes, and maintaining accurate records.
  • A proactive and professional work ethic is vital for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

Work Arrangements:

  • Part-time, casual hours with flexibility to occasionally work Saturdays allow for a healthy work-life balance and accommodate diverse lifestyles.

Preferred Experience:

  • Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred) has taught you how to handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and maintain a positive reputation.
  • Sales experience: 1 year (preferred) has equipped you with the skills to identify customer needs, build rapport, and close deals.

Licence/Certification:

  • Having an Australian Driver Licence (preferred) facilitates travel to customer sites and enables you to deliver excellent customer service.
