Job Description:

To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Advisor will take the time to learn our customers' needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures & policies while upholding the values and vision of the organization.
  • Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into our products and philosophy.

Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers
  • A team player who is open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from Store and Assistant Manager.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
  • Confident in meeting store targets and sales
