Your role in a nutshell: To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.Key DutiesThe Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer's needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.What We Look ForPrevious retail experience is preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customersA team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant ManagerA genuine passion for beauty and the retail industryConfident in reaching store targets and salesAn active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team memberThe ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to SundayDiversity StatementAt The Body Shop, we firmly believe that equality is a human right and that all people should have an equal opportunity to pursue their dreams and aspirations.
