Chief Process Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead project teams in defining scope, goals, and deliverables that support plant requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams to develop and implement capital projects, leveraging process and business knowledge to drive success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate project costs, submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent changes as needed.
- Develop timelines and resource plans to execute projects on time and within budget.
- Evaluate quotes and bids from vendors and contractors to ensure they meet project requirements.
- Develop project documents, including engineering specifications and ITB packages.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and effectively communicate project expectations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and drive contingency plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A BS or higher in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with 3+ years of experience in process engineering.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of office productivity software, including spreadsheets and word processing.
- Experience with standard operating procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with process control software systems and AutoCAD.
