Visionary Water Utilities Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires leadership and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering feasibility and detailed design projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver complex design projects
  • Lead and participate in POAR and Safety in Design processes
  • Undertake options analysis and develop recommended solutions
  • Coordinate and deliver all aspects of design including investigations, drawings, construction and commissioning support
  • Conduct technical and quality reviews of deliverables
  • Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, and resource forecasts
  • Report on project performance and proactively address risks and issues
  • Promote a collaborative, value-for-money, and safety-first culture
  • Mentor and coach team members to support capability development
  • Prepare calculations and modelling to support design development
  • Support site investigations, commissioning, and validation of as-constructed works
