About the Team
Our top tier Dispute Resolution practice handles the largest and highest profile corporate and regulatory disputes in Australia.
We excel at running large, complex litigation, including regulatory investigations and proceedings; class actions; as well as corporate, commercial, infrastructure, competition and tax disputes. Known for being sharp and strategic, we deliver practical, commercial advice.
Our Partners are leaders in their areas of expertise, who take on tough, high-stakes litigation for leading international and Australian businesses. With experience representing both defendants and plaintiffs, we have invaluable insights into the judgment calls made on both sides of complex claims and prosecutions.
About the Roles
We are looking for experienced lawyers to join our Sydney Dispute Resolution team on a casual basis. These flexible roles are designed to support the team during peak periods and offer exposure to high-profile, complex matters.
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, contributing to litigation strategy, legal research, drafting and client engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to remain engaged in top-tier legal work without the commitment of a full-time role.
About You
You are a qualified lawyer with:
- A current NSW practising certificate
- 2+ years post-admission experience in dispute resolution or litigation
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
- Availability to work on an as-needed basis
