About this Role

We are seeking a Legal Graduate to join our team and contribute to the resolution of disputes between people injured in motor accidents and workplaces in NSW, insurers, and employers. This role is based in Sydney CBD and offers a flexible working arrangement.

Our Team

The Personal Injury Commission is an independent statutory tribunal within the New South Wales justice system. Our team prioritizes resolving disputes justly and efficiently in the shortest time frame.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis for policy development and provide support to senior lawyers in delivering their legal work.
  • Manage the weekly publication of the Commission's Legal Bulletin under supervision.
  • Assist the Commission's member support team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project delivery to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Support various projects, policies, and program initiatives.

About You

As a law graduate, you may or may not have a practising certificate. You are genuinely interested in courts and tribunals, the laws that govern them, and dispute resolution. You are keen to learn and seek career development opportunities.
