Our client is a modern Australian law firm with a leading reputation, looking to recruit an Associate/Lawyer into their innovative Sydney Dispute Resolution & Litigation team.
Leading Australian Law Firm
The Dispute Resolution & Litigation team handles a broad spectrum of complex matters including commissions and inquiries, competition and consumer law, intellectual property disputes, defamation, and various regulatory issues. They provide sound and practical advice to a diverse range of private and public sector clients.
The team is recognised for its collaborative culture and high-quality work.
Position Description
This role is a rare opportunity for an Associate/Lawyer with 2–5 years PQE to join a dynamic and supportive team. You will work closely with senior team members on challenging and varied litigation matters, benefiting from excellent mentoring and professional development programs.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
Significant broad litigation experience, including advisory work, mediation, hearings, and litigation in a high-volume practice
Strong technical, drafting, and research skills
Impressive academic qualifications
Excellent communication skills and an engaging manner at all levels
Well-developed negotiation skills and strong attention to detail
