Description

This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a professional working environment in the industrial and manufacturing sector. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Your primary focus will be on assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. You will also support compliance with workplace legislation and industrial relations requirements. Furthermore, you will contribute to maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
