Project Lead for UXO Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to spearhead our UXO operations. This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and proposals that meet client requirements
  • Oversee all aspects of UXO field operations, maintaining strict compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Manage project finances, tracking performance and providing accurate reporting
  • Serve as primary liaison for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Promote timely submission of all project documentation
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively
  • Foster continuous improvement across project management processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management or assistant project management, preferably in UXO, environmental, or technical sectors
  • Experience with UXO technical operations is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with ADF contracts is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience managing budgets and financial reporting
