Project Management Assistant (UXO) Role

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Project Management Assistant in our UXO projects department.

This role will involve working closely with senior project leaders to plan, coordinate, and execute complex remediation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting project planning, proposal development, and contract delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning and coordination to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Assist with budget management and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project delivery
  • Contribute to accurate documentation and risk management strategies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–2 years' experience in project administration or a related field (UXO, environmental, or technical fields highly regarded)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A sound understanding of budget management and reporting fundamentals
