Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the delivery of UXO projects. This is an exciting chance to build your project management career within a high-profile, specialized field while contributing to projects that make a genuine impact on safety and development.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in project administration or a related role, preferably in UXO, environmental, or technical fields. Exposure to field operations or Australian Defence Force contracts would be beneficial.
This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail and effective communication and interpersonal abilities. A sound understanding of budget management and reporting fundamentals is also essential.
About the Role
- Support project planning, proposal development, and contract delivery in line with client requirements
- Assist with coordination and supervision of UXO field operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor budgets, support financial reporting, and help keep projects on track
- Partner with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Contribute to accurate documentation, reporting, and risk management strategies
- Drive continuous improvement within the project management function
