Project Leadership Role

Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned Project Leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of UXO projects. This involves developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring timely submission of project documentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing project strategies in line with client requirements
  • Overseeing UXO field operations, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Managing financial performance, providing accurate reporting
  • Serving as primary liaison for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a minimum 3 years' experience in project leadership or management, preferably within UXO, environmental, or technical sectors. Familiarity with Australian Defence Force (ADF) contracts is preferred.

Key Skills:

Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with proven experience managing budgets and financial reporting, are also required.
