We are looking for an experienced corporate tax professional to join our team. As a manager or senior manager, you will play a crucial role in managing complex corporate tax matters while leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Client Engagements: Lead client engagements, coordinating teams to ensure work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
  2. Review Tax Compliance: Review corporate income tax compliance, including income tax returns, tax consolidations, and oversee lodgement programs.
  3. Provide Expert Tax Advisory: Provide expert tax advisory on corporate restructures, international tax matters, and employee share schemes.
  4. Lead Teams: Mentor and lead a team of corporate tax staff, ensuring delivery excellence across a portfolio of sophisticated and diverse clients.
  5. Develop Team Members: Coach and mentor team members, contributing to their professional development and engagement.
Requirements:
  • A degree in commerce or business, with a CA or CPA qualification.
  • At least 7 years of experience in corporate tax within a professional services environment.
  • Technical proficiency in Australian corporate tax legislation, ATO guidance, and international tax developments.
  • Strong judgement, critical thinking, and analytical skills to deliver technically sound outcomes.
  • Effective communication and team leadership skills.
