Optus Stadium, a world-class entertainment venue, is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Steward Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. Located in the heart of Perth's Burswood peninsula, our stadium and precinct are renowned for their exceptional dining and events experiences.
About the Role
- As a key member of our Kitchen Brigade, you will support the Culinary team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- You will be responsible for training and developing our Kitchen Steward team, motivating them to achieve our standards, and maintaining the cleanliness of our Premium Product and Retail kitchens.
- Inspecting equipment for cleanliness and ensuring compliance with HACCP records will also be a critical aspect of your role.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning commercial kitchens or similar environments, with a strong emphasis on safety and HACCP compliance.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- A culture champion who embodies good team spirit and a strong work ethic.

Working at Optus Stadium
As a Kitchen Steward Duty Manager, you will be required to work on both event and non-event days, including weekends and evenings. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
