Role MissionTo take high-value feature and capability opportunities and collaborate with customers, UX and engineering to define and deliver amazing experiences across the supply chain, logistics and transportation industry.
- Own, maintain and communicate the roadmap, working with your peers in engineering to shape the discovery and delivery of the work that delivers meaningful value to the customer and business.
- Develop and promote shared understanding of the customer and commercial impacts of the work being undertaken, amongst the team and wider business.
- Make and enable great decisions within the team around what to deliver and how best to deliver it, being mindful of dependencies and potential impacts.
- Work with domain experts to become one, leveraging that expertise to invent amazing solutions.
You are an analytical, strategic thinker who uses quantitative analysis and data visualisation to inform decision making.
You have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of working with people at all levels and across functions and cultures.
You are a pragmatic problem-solver who can think critically, identify opportunities and develop well-structured and efficient solutions.
You are proactive and outcome-driven, working closely with domain experts to develop innovative solutions.
You are hungry for growth and continuous learning, constantly challenging yourself and others to improve and adapt.
You are a team player who is genuine in your interactions and acts as a bridge between the team and key stakeholders.
