Job Title: Strategic Sustainability Expert

This role involves leading the development of strategies that balance financial performance with social sustainability impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in investment research and social sustainability issues, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for financially material social-related risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape and execute sustainable investing strategy.
- Identify emerging social themes and make recommendations for integration into investment process.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in finance, investments, commerce or economics.
- Solid experience in the investment industry or related domain.
- Strong research and analysis skills, with ability to uncover insights that shape strategy and drive decisions.
