  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Provide expert advice on renewable energy, sustainability, land use, development capability, due diligence, planning approvals, smart city frameworks, and project management.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through trust, quality advice, and effective communication.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, reports, and advice that meet client needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
About You:
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Town Planning, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Town Planning, with a preference for those with expertise in renewable energy and sustainability sectors.
  • Strong understanding of smart city, sustainability, and resilience principles in project delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive and informed approach to influencing outcomes.
