Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Environmental Sustainability to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing innovative and effective ESD solutions to clients across various sectors.

Key responsibilities include conducting life-cycle analysis, energy, thermal, daylight, and carbon modeling, as well as producing Green Star and NABERS ratings for buildings. Additionally, you will be required to conduct BCA Section J assessments and provide technical leadership within the discipline.

You will work closely with other senior team leaders, mentor and supervise junior staff, and contribute to high-level business development and delivery of key projects.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in sustainability, green star, nabers, and energy rating assessments
  • Qualification in engineering or relevant science-based education
  • Strong personal professional brand in the sustainability sector and actively involved in the professional network
  • Experience in sustainable building design with infrastructure/mining being beneficial
  • Solid knowledge of Australian Building Codes and standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to do strategic business development
