Retail Store Operations Manager VIC

At Country Road Group, we're on a mission to empower individuals to express their personal style through our iconic Australian brands. We're seeking an exceptional Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team in VIC and lead the success of our Mimco concession location at Myer Highpoint.

We estimate this role will attract a salary in the range of $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive store operations excellence, coach and develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Retail Store Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a safe and engaging work environment that promotes wellbeing and productivity
  • Leading a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations
  • Managing stock levels, inventory control, and loss prevention activities
  • Developing and implementing effective rostering strategies to balance customer needs and team requirements
  • Communicating the brand strategy and vision to the team, ensuring everyone understands their role in delivering business objectives
  • Fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and shared success within the team

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A genuine passion for fashion and a professional personal presentation
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, delegate tasks effectively, and lead by example
  • A strong understanding of CRG values and the ability to embody them in your daily work
