Practice Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team.

  • Effective management of staff, patients, and visitors is crucial in this role.

  • This position demands high process improvement focus with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
  • Management of stock orders and staff rosters is also a key aspect of the job.
  • The ideal candidate will assist with marketing initiatives, including providing ideas and collaborating with the marketing manager.
  • Financial administration responsibilities include relating patient statistics to revenue generation, tracking billings, and tallying petty cash.
  • Operational compliance, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and monthly reporting accurately covers KPIs adherence, is also essential.
