Job Title: Practice Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in practice management, a proactive approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

This role will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff, patients, and visitors effectively
  • Lead the team with excellent leadership, cultural, and teamwork focus
  • Improve processes and manage stock orders and staff rosters
  • Assist with marketing and provide financial administration

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, patients, and visitors
  • Exceptional leadership, cultural, and teamwork focus
  • High process improvement focus with excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Management of stock orders and staff rosters
  • Assisting with marketing and providing innovative ideas
  • Financial administration including tracking billings and managing petty cash
  • Operational compliance ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and monthly reporting accurately covers KPI's adherence
