The ideal candidate will have:Prior experience working in practice managementA go getter personality with a can do approachExceptional leadership skillsAn energetic and positive approachA passion for the dental industry and patient careTasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:A demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, patients and visitorsExceptional leadership, cultural and teamwork focusA high process improvement focus with exceptional attention to detail and time managementManagement of stock orders and staff rostersAssisting with marketing such as providing ideas and liaising with the marketing managerFinancial administration: Relating the patient statistics to revenue generation with emphasis on the patient monitors and marketing monitors to measure success.
