About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Health Adoption Coach to deliver advanced training to clinical and administrative teams, providing support and education to team members across our health service. The coach will develop, maintain, and deliver training materials for Digital Health systems to multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, the coach will offer end-user support across multiple Digital Health systems and actively participate in change management activities.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Leadership abilities, including precepting staff and contributing to professional practice.
  • Effective planning and coordination of educational activities for individuals and groups.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary environment, including negotiation, consultation, and conflict resolution.
  • Expertise in assessing, planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating education and training programs.
  • Knowledge and experience with Cerner PowerChart, including PowerForms, PowerPlans, iView, Patient Lists, CareCompass, Mpages, or the ability to acquire these skills.
  • Alignment with our Professional Practice Model, demonstrating person-centred care, professional excellence, safe and effective care delivery, commitment to quality and safety, and collaborative practice.

Mandatory Requirements :

  • Vaccination against, and ongoing vaccination for, vaccine-preventable diseases as outlined in our health requirements.
