About The Role

Transforming the health sector requires a unique blend of agility and expertise.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Health Director to lead our growing practice. With 5-7 years of professional experience in digital health and transformation, you will collaborate with top industry experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve lives and shape the future of healthcare.

  • Lead and support the development of digital strategies for system managers and health services/providers.
  • Define and implement future state operating models for business units and functions to better align with strategic goals, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct options analysis, detailed business case development, and funding submissions for local, state, and federal departments and providers.

You'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, shaping the future of healthcare and social services, and collaborating directly with senior advisors who are hands-on practitioners.

Qualifications & Experience:

We're looking for individuals with:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in the health industry.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Project management certification (desirable).
  • Experience in leading and delivering digital transformations at a portfolio, program, or project level.
