  • A Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.","
  • Significant experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.","
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.","
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others, build strong relationships and communicate effectively.","
  • Current Blue Card and first aid certification.","
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.","
