Lead a Nursery Team
This is an excellent opportunity for a childcare professional to develop their leadership skills and take the first step in their career progression as a Room Leader. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who holds a Level 3 childcare qualification to lead our team of nursery practitioners.

Manage a team of nursery practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare services, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times.
Develop and implement daily routines, lesson plans, and activities that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
We require a candidate with a strong understanding of childcare principles and practices, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Becoming a Successful Room Leader
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
A Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent.
Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
