As a professional and proactive Coordinator, you will be responsible for the provision of administrative support and personal assistance to the General Manager Assets and Engineering and the Assets and Engineering Management Team.
**What you will contribute to**:
- Performs administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining relevant Asset and Engineering data, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinates data gathering from teams within Assets and Engineering and supports the compilation and review of the monthly report
- Places orders for supplies such as stationary, IT hardware and personal protective equipment
- Arranges travel bookings and itineraries for personnel, including registration at conferences/events.
- Tracks Risk Management Action Plans assigned to the Assets and Engineering Team and holds periodic reviews with action owners to support the close-out of actions.
- Works closely with key stakeholders to support controlled document reviews and updates
- Reviews and updates administrative processes and procedures
- Supports the onboarding of new starters
- Processes financial accounts and tracks invoice payments
- Raises and issues Purchase Orders and ensures payments are processed in accordance with contractual terms and compilation of supporting information.

- Considerable administration proficiency coupled with the ability to use initiative and exercise judgement, particularly working with confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams
- Proven time management skills to effectively manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) with an eye for detail, including the ability to prepare written correspondence, including briefings and memos on behalf of the leadership group.
- Excellent computer skills, including the ability to utilise a range of information systems (MS Office and SAP desirable)
