Insurance Broker Role

The role involves working with clients to provide insurance broking services, including the preparation of quotes and policy documentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and grow within a professional environment.

You will work alongside experienced insurance professionals who bring strong structure and technical knowledge to everything they do.

Key responsibilities include adopting a client-centric approach, assisting with quote preparation and data collection, enhancing the client experience through customer service, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have basic technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products, including financial lines, and possess excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tier 1 accreditation
  • Demonstrate basic technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products – including financial lines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce
