Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Receptionist to oversee front of house operations and manage events at our Sydney office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the space is presentable for day-to-day business and providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet clients, setting a positive impression
- Organize day-to-day meetings, room setup, and audio visual support using Microsoft Teams
- Manage contracts, including kitchen consumables and stationery, and coordinate contractor deliveries
- Manage the security access system, including programming staff and contractor access passes
- Work closely with the Workplace team on future office refits and sustainability campaigns
- Ensure the space is kept tidy and address any maintenance issues
- 3+ years of admin or concierge experience, with a focus on hospitality management
- Confidence in using internal AV systems, such as Microsoft Teams
- Outstanding customer service and strong client relationships experience
- Friendly and outgoing personality, with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
