Job Description

We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with face-to-face enquiries, reservations and check-ins at our busy restaurant and event venues in Sydney Tower Dining.

The ideal candidate will have a bubbly personality and strong customer service experience. They must be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and have excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in guests to the appropriate dining venue
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Stay informed on current offers, promotions, and venue details
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Provide support and solutions in guest service situations

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Excel
