We are seeking an organised and efficient support professional to work in our busy Emergency team on a Casual basis.
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, handling enquiries with professionalism, and managing patient information data collection and processing of medical records.
- Providing excellent communication skills to greet customers and handle calls.
- Preparing admission paperwork and coordinating with staff from other departments.
- Managing Health Fund Checks, collecting deposits and excess payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet all customers, answer and redirect calls, handle enquiries with professionalism.
- Administrative Support: Prepare admission paperwork, manage Health Fund Checks, collect deposits and excess payments.
- Communication: Maintain accurate and timely patient information data collection and processing of medical records.
