- Be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions

- Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems, and software
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365 environments
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider (desired)
- Must have a vehicle and full driver's license (mandatory)
