We are seeking an exceptional IT professional to join our team as an Onsite IT Technician. As a key member of our technical team, you will provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to our clients, working closely with our experienced engineers and technical account managers to maintain a best practice environment.

With a strong understanding of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365 environments, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to clients
  • Be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions
  • Experience opportunities to support servers, networking, and other IT equipment
  • Work with highly experienced engineers and technical account managers to maintain a best practice environment
  • Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems, and software
Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365 environments
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider (desired)
  • Must have a vehicle and full driver's license (mandatory)
