About this role

As a corporate insolvency professional, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate and personal insolvency matters, supporting senior staff on complex engagements, and gaining hands-on exposure to high-profile files.

  • Manage cases from appointment through to closure, ensuring timely completion and maximum recovery for stakeholders.

  • Draft statutory reports and conduct thorough investigations to inform business decisions.

  • Liaise with directors, creditors, and legal advisors to ensure seamless communication and successful case outcomes.

  • Support seniors on complex external administrations, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.

  • Assist with asset realisation and stakeholder reporting, providing transparent and accurate information to support business objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in insolvency or restructuring, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

  • A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field, with a focus on financial analysis and management.

  • Progress towards or plans to commence CA/CPA certification, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Confident working independently and in a team environment, with a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.
