Restructuring Advisory Professional

We are seeking an expert professional to manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency and restructuring matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, extensive experience in corporate insolvency/restructuring, and the ability to lead complex investigations.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of formal and informal insolvency engagements, preparing and reviewing creditor reports, and participating in business development activities.

We are looking for someone with a university degree in a related discipline, strong leadership skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own portfolio of restructuring and insolvency matters.
  • Lead complex investigations, including source and application of funds, forensic tracing exercises, voidable transactions and insolvent trading reviews.
  • Prepare and review creditor reports, statutory reports and independent business reviews.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong accounting background with extensive experience in corporate insolvency/restructuring.
  • Experience in conducting business and financial forecast reviews for financiers or other stakeholders.
