About the Position

Oversee a portfolio of clients to develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies that align with their goals.

  • Develop, implement and manage technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies across client accounts.

  • Lead campaign execution, timelines and reporting. Ensure quality assurance across deliverables.

  • Collaborate with senior strategists to support conversion rate optimisation and funnel development initiatives.
  • Work closely with directors, senior strategists, developers, designers and external contractors.
  • Upload articles to various website CMSs, schedule social media posts to various platforms, build and schedule EDMs.
  • Plan and produce strategic marketing automation such as personalisation, lifecycle and journey automation, email and SMS automation, lead capture and qualification, etc.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis – Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • CRO Support – Collaborate with senior strategists to support conversion rate optimisation and funnel development initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with directors, senior strategists, developers, designers and external contractors.
  • Content Management – Upload articles to various website CMSs, schedule social media posts to various platforms, build and schedule EDMs.
  • Marketing Automation – Plan and produce strategic marketing automation such as personalisation, lifecycle and journey automation, email and SMS automation, lead capture and qualification, etc.
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution ability.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media, email marketing and funnel optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of CRO, UX and customer journey design.
  • Advanced short-form, long-form and direct response copywriting skills.
  • Strong creative judgment and brand tone management.
  • Data-driven with high attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple accounts and timelines.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously with minimal direction as well as be a team player.
  • Advanced proficiency using AI tools including prompt engineering skills, creative problem-solving through AI and efficient generation of high-quality outputs.

Experience / Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Media or related field.
  • Strong experience managing clients and delivering full-funnel strategy and execution.
  • Proven experience of results particularly in SEO, Google Ads, social media and content marketing.
  • Bonus: Experience working in a boutique or high-autonomy agency environment.
