Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic leadership to the Regional Training Hub and Intern Transition
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the transition of medical graduates to internship
  • Work with stakeholders to improve the recruitment and retention of medical graduates and junior doctors in the region
  • Promote inclusivity and a sense of belonging for students and junior doctors
  • Collaborate with the University of Queensland and other partners to achieve the goals of the Regional Medical Pathway
