We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Health and Safety Expert to join our Sustainability team at Evolution Mining Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead and develop health and safety strategies across our mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to six Advisors supporting our three underground, two open pit mines and processing areas.
  • Engage with stakeholders across our mining operations and the broader Sustainability team.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in applying health & hygiene, injury management, security, and emergency response principles in a mining environment.
  • Qualification in Health & Safety.
  • 10+ years Health & Safety Advisor experience working in a mining environment.
  • 2+ years Underground mining operational experience is essential.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
  • A range of benefits including relocation support within Australia, local living benefits, salary packaging options, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, annual wellness benefit, and future opportunities to work interstate and overseas.
  • The opportunity to work on a 4:3 roster, never working a weekend again, FIFO from Perth or based residentially in Kalgoorlie.
