Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will lead the operational management of First Nations Reach programs and similar initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide program operational leadership to delivery teams, including cross-functional and external resources.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships with senior leaders, vendors, third-party suppliers, and community groups.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Indigenous culture.
  • Develop and implement prioritized Indigenous culture, inclusion, and people experience interactions and initiatives.
  • Establish business relationships with stakeholders in various functions to provide direction on our programs.
  • Serve as an effective team member through strong operational management, risk acuity, and development of capabilities, competencies, and skills.
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and controls profile, responsibilities, and apply non-financial risk management practices through effective oversight, governance, and controls.
Requirements:
  • Experience working within a banking operational environment.
  • Able to lead and manage programs from inception to execution to embedment, providing leadership, management, organized coordination, and direction to teams.
  • Risk mindset with strong process-focused qualities.
