About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team that focuses on breaking disadvantage. You will lead key policy projects, manage program delivery, commission evaluations, undertake procurement, and coordinate stakeholders across agencies. Your expertise in managing programs for vulnerable cohorts and developing complex policy or program reform will be invaluable in addressing ongoing system gaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead policy development and project management for MHCI and AOD-related initiatives
- Manage program delivery and collaborate with stakeholders across agencies
- Commission evaluations and undertake procurement to ensure effective program implementation
- Provide strategic advice on emerging program and policy issues
Requirements
- Significant experience leading strategic projects related to MHCI and AOD in the NSW criminal justice system
- Strong analytical skills, educational qualifications, and professional training in a related field
- Experience in project management and building partnerships across departments and government agencies
What We Offer
- An estimated salary of $128,650 - $141,845 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading
