We are seeking a highly skilled Workers' Compensation and Injury Management professional to lead our services and drive strategic outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the Workers' Compensation services, enhancing client support and team performance.
  • Provide expert advice on risk management, auditing, and strategic planning.
  • Manage a small team, fostering a culture of flexibility, integrity, respect, and communication.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Workers' Compensation and Injury Management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, OHS/WHS Management (Accredited auditor qualification desirable).
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives with limited supervision.
  • Occasional travel required (local, regional, interstate), with expense reimbursement over 50kms from home.
